Lot of change coming to NCAA

The presidents of the schools need to decide what they want and the infractions committee should NOT be made up of former employees of the very schools they oversee.....way to many conflicts of interest....0

This will just end up putting the "new" NCAA in a weakened position , and will probably open the door for paying kids. Just a gut feeling0

It's hard for be to digest Manziel getting paid for signatures (which I believe he did) and coming from such a rich family and flaunting getting paid. Maybe there is a conspiracy for him to break down the door for paying college players. [image]http://umgoblue.com/talk/app_themes/Classic/image/mIcons/m11.gif[/image] It just doesn't compute. I am obviously missing something there.

See, if the "new" NCAA hurries up and gets going, bama will miraculously be saved!! Perfect timing, or just a coincidence? I don't smell anything good coming of this.0

I think there will be a time in the near future when the top 40-60 college football schools will break away from the NCAA

I've heard that too. Guess if that happens, I'll stick to high school football.0

I just don't understand how they can justify paying players? They enroll in a school that recruited them, they receive a paid for education, in which many college students struggle to pay for several years, and they still complain?
