I'll be doing a brisket on coal - apple and cherry wood - grilled poppers with cream cheese/sausage mix stuffed on a half pepper - mahi tacos with fresh salsa verde - and of course yuengling ice cold beer on tap.
With kickoff this saturday lets share some of our good recipes for tailgating or cooking from home.
