Hail Victors Sports Forums

Does anyone here know what happened to Hail Victors Sports Forums? I'm guessing that it was hacked again and the administrator is tired of rebuilding the site. I did enjoy visiting there once in a while. It had a very user friendly format and the members were very unique and knowledgeable. Sorry to see it go if it doesn't show up online again.
