Former Penn State president Graham Spanier has been charged in relation to the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal, and the Pennsylvania state attorney general is due to make an announcement Thursday, multiple media outlets reported. Spanier will be charged with perjury and obstruction of justice by Attorney General Linda Kelly, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, which cited anonymous sources in its report.
