True story. This was back after Mo had been fired. I just remember feeling a little stunned but his comments were very decisive.
The team, the team, the team.

I don't doubt this for a second and I'll argue with anybody that Mo was way better than Carr.  He recruited better and he developed players better and Carr rode his coattails to a NC.  Hell, he gets the nod just for having the onions to call that now famous pass to Howard in the end zone against ND on 4th and 1.  Bo would have run it and Carr would have punted. (Mo also gets the nod for going 4-3 with a pathetic Lions team ;)  Michigan completely over-reacted to Mo's meltdown at the Excalibur and even Bo said his firing was ridiculous.

Good stuff UMWH

Yeah guys I thought they(UofM ) handled the Moeller incident very poorly. Certainly didn't hate Lloyd but Gary was head and shoulders better, and before bhf gets his shirts in a bunch over that statement, I will pose this, whom did Bo groom?
"Every time I come to Michigan all they want to do is Screw me, Screw me Screw me"! Wayne Hayes AKA the devil.
