Hoke - an incompetent stooge that stands there clapping like one of those toy monkeys with the cymbals. Currently paid like a top 10 coach.

Borges - Hoke's bloated yes man that takes the heat for his boss for doing exactly what his boss wants, then blames the players when things don't work. ("We didn't execute.")

Mattison - maybe the biggest fraud of them all. Three years in, and this was the second worst team in Michigan history in terms of points allowed. Continued the awesome tradition of allowing at least four touchdowns in the bowl game. EVERY single Michigan bowl team except the Sugar Bowl champions of two years ago has given up at least 28 points since the year after Woodson left.

And above all of them, the dictator Brandon, who spends his time counting his money and insulting the fans.

Get used to it, folks. We're just the pitiful sheep operating without 95% of the information. Now pony up and pay for those Appy State tickets for next year!

That's my biggest issue, is even though we're a mediocre team, our team generates the revenue, thus keeping us in a bind with a AD who can't figure out how to hire a good coach.

Unfortunately EF, I'm not sure people on here even know how right you are.

It's refreshing to read some real criticism on this site instead of just some hopeful look forward to next year because we're going to be awesome fan boy crap. This entire program is going in the wrong direction & no one seems to see that. Hoke & Borges clearly have absolutely no idea how to coach at this level & Mattison is living off his rep from the Ravens, which was so talented a defense even my 7 year old could've run that show successfully. As far as Brandon, &$@( &$)(&;& $&@"?!!!! Is all I'll be able to say on here without getting kicked out. I expect next year to be a carbon copy of the last 2 years & honestly part of me wants it to be worse so Brandon's sorry carcass can't possibly justify retaining this staff for '15. I hate what my beloved wolverines have come. That bowl game was an embarrassment, just like the last 2 seasons. I've never been happier to see a season end & I'm not looking fwd to next season at all. Thanks for that Brandon, Hoke, Borges, & the entire UM staff! Atleast when RR was here I had some hope for next year because his teams actually improved every year instead of regressed!!!

Change is hard. Especially when you've been accustomed to doing something a certain way for a long time. It is especially hard when there is proof that some of what you've done in the past has led to success. Finding a newer way, taking a different path or creating something entirely new and different can be scary. And in Michigan's case, it can be met with much resistance from those who are resistant to try anything new.

Change is hard. So many of us don't do it. Many of us won't go out on a limb to try something that might yield even greater results or reward for fear of failure. "What if this doesn't work?" "What if we try this and we fail?" All great questions that for most, keep Michigan unwilling to stick their necks out too far beyond the shell where it's warm, safe and what they know.

Change is hard but change is a requirement if we want to survive, much less succeed.

Think about some brands that failed (or are failing ) to adapt and paid dearly for it:

Blockbuster (Netflix passed them by and they refused to adapt)
Borders Bookstores
Seeds.com (Who knew one one would order seeds over the Internet)
American Motors Corporation (Still hard to believe the Pacer & Gremlin never caught on)
U.S. Post Office (Need I say more?)

Whether you are running your own company or designing your own career or incharge of a major college football program, change is inevitable. More importantly, Michigan's ability to respond and react to change is critical to our success.

Adapt or die.

Go Blue!!

Ohio St.'s actions are not unlike their lower intestine: stinky and loaded with danger.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees this. It's frustrating because the team has a lot of talent. I think if you get a competent coaching staff and get rid Tony Rom... er I mean Devon Gardner we could do some damage in 2014. Morris played well given the circumstances and I especially liked how cool he was under pressure. I don't blame him for the INT given the situation in the game. He needs work on his mechanics and needs some exp points in this offense but I think he could lead us to glory.

Of course if Hoke and his band of monkeys are back we all know he'll go with Gardner because he's a moron. Some guy on Twitter last night argued with me that Hoke was a moron, I'm like "Did you watch this season?"

Mattison only knows how to play prevent, no matter what the situation. He doesn't double cover that Lockett kid after the first TD, ok fine I don't agree but hey it could have been a fluke. But after the 2ND TD?!? You STILL play one on one with him?!? Holy lord... *Facepalm*

But the thing that bugged me more than anything else was when Hoke punted with like 7 minutes left in the game down 3 scores. I mean, he just basically waived the white flag. Said "Oh this is too hard" and gave up. Maybe I'm spoiled being a Pats fan seeing them make all these successful AND failed comebacks this year but the Patriots don't give up until it's over, When we got screwed in Carolina or came up short in Miami at least I could say that they fought as hard as they could and it just didn't work out. It made me sick to see Hoke make Michigan look like a wuss team, and I've only been a fan starting this year,I can't imagine how you guys and gals who have been fans for decades must have felt.

You left out what Hoke said when he was leaving the field at halftime.  He said, '...and we need to get something going in the kicking game.'  THE KICKING GAME.  WTF?  This guy is so clueless and such a Class A moron it's hard to take.  Yes Brady, when you're down 21-6 it's VERY important to get "something going in the kicking game".  Total and utter d-bag.

And why isn't there some type of coach speculation forum on this site (or am I missing it?) I understand standing by your man & being supportive but fer Gods sake we got blown out by K freakin State in the damn BWW Bowl last night! This staff has had 3 years to implement their systems & coach up their guys & with a month to do nothing but prepare for K State we go out & lay this kind of crap on the field! It's an embarrassment, those kids didn't give any effort or have any desire, missed assignments all over the field. Hell Spielman was slurping Hoke, because he knows as long as Hoke's at UM pOSU has a cake walk to the B1G Champ. every year! It's time to stop pretending like Hoke can fix this & start openly discussing replacements. What could possibly be the reason not to? Don't wana piss off Peppers?! Come on if you're seriously pinning an entire teams hopes on an 18 year old kid you know nothing about football! I was reluctantly for supporting Hoke thru next season until last night. Enough is enough. I've seen all I need to, get the Brady Bunch out of AA!!!!

You forgot one other big one......Kodak refused the idea of the Polaroid and look at how big that company grew on its own.  In all reality, it sucks even worse being a UM fan in Ohio.  I am so sick of seeing the Yucknuts continue to excel as we regress.  I'm sick of the "we own you" talk.  I'm sick of hearing fans whine and cry when they lose a game every two years.  That used to be the UM nation.  The UM nation has become desensitized to losing.  4-6 losses a year is becoming the norm and very few (except for those of us here) see it as a real problem.  I was so ticked this year that I packed all my maize and blue gear up at the beginning of November and didn't even watch a full game until THE GAME.

If things don't change, I'm gonna have to find things to do to keep busy on my fall saturdays.
