We're ranked #37 playing an opponent no one ever wanted to see again.

Maybe Moneybags Brandon should buy the tickets and donate them to a bunch of kids whose parents have been priced out of affording tickets.

Can't justify spending $90+ on a ticket, plus parking and a 3.5 hour drive to watch this matchup.

I would if I lived closer.  I have this feeling that our boys are going to absolutely crush Appy State, exorcise that bastard of a demon from 2007 and then punish their rivals (ND,MSU,OSU) the rest of the season.  Don't you just love the optimism and hope a few days before the season starts!

Not to mention an 80% chance of rain. I have the opportunity to go with some friends, but I'd be starting out in Holland (live in Grand Rapids) so it'd add 45 minutes to the trip each way. Probably gonna pass.

Personally, and just MHO, but I don't see any scoreline that would help exorcise the demons from that loss in 2007...

Brandon really did a poor job in thinking the scheduling of this game through.  I mean, I would wager he thought people would be lining up for miles trying to get tickets to see Michigan exacting revenge on poor Appy St. for that embarrassing loss they handed us in 2007.  Turns out, no one is really all that interested because there isn't any way shape or form this team has the opportunity to truly exact revenge for that 2007 loss...

GO BLUE!!!

I think what they should do is have a seat like you find at an amusement park to see if you fit in standard seat or if you need more space then have an up charge for the extra space. I was reading somewhere  that DB was thinking of putting seats on top of the score boards for $500 per seat per game.

I spend $9K+ on my season tickets so you bet your ass I'll be there. I budget for them every year; no way I will ever give them up. It's a line item on my balance sheet right next to my mortgage. My wife and I have the same conversation every year and she questions me why, but we always get them. I can't bitch and moan about pricing because I'm part of the problem paying for them every year. It's an addiction. I need help. Haha

That includes my PSL, my tickets (I have 6 seats) and at least 4 losses every season. Lucky me, huh?

Dang Scottsdale, where are your seats at? How many games a year do you get to? I can only manage one or two a season unfortunately.

Section 1 and right next to the tunnel where the players come out. I drive over from Chicago most Friday nights and set up shop for the tailgate. It's a family/weekend tradition.
