As I understand NCAA rules, QC guys can't physically "coach" guys. GA's can but there are limits on time, etc.

You know just as well as I do that even the managers are helping when they can. All hands on deck. There's a reason coaches say when losses get real ugly that everyone down to the managers needs to get better. I got plenty of stories for ya

No worries, there's no vendetta-peddling journalist lurking around a suddenly open program looking for death camps to expose to the light of the world. Doors are closed, dissent within the program has been purged, and reporters get what Dear Leader decides they should get.

The offense could've used a Portion Control Assistant in the commissary when Big Al was running things.

I would've much preferred changing OL coaches, instead of hiring Jon Van Dam, but that's me

It wasn't one or the other. The former could still happen.
