Lets see if we have the pull to get a DL coach from somewhere.
We don't really need a DL coach per se, but Montgomery was one of our best recruiters on the staff which might be harder to replace.
That's key. Montgomery's replacement must be, first and foremost, an excellent recruiter (and an African American).
Preferably a young guy. The demographics of our coaching staff has always been puzzling to me.
