Event Staff Positions are available for the 2013 Football season. Qualified candidates must be neat and professional, have good communication skills, be dependable, able to climb stairs and stand for long periods of time, and have a friendly, helpful manner!

i am considering applying for this, but there is no contact information that i could find to ask some questions i have about this.
first of all, i am a current full time faculty member at the Flint campus. would this disqualify me from doing this part time?
Second of all, is this paid or volunteer work?

I do not believe that being a full time faculty member would preclude you from being on the Event Staff (you are probably best off if you check with your full time manager/dept. head).  The position is a paid position, but you get paid so little it might as well be a volunteer position!  Generally, you need to be at your assigned position 2-3 hours before game time and stay about a 1/2 hour after the game (depending on what position you are assigned).
