maizecraize215 Arkansas has the exact same ones... so much for focusing on Michigan is our top priority. They are nice but I prefer ours Why do you have to say things like this??? Nike did the same freaking thing! Look at Big d's earlier post. What's the difference between Michigan's Nike away jerseys and those from Clemson, Virginia, Miami, VT, etc? I'd say that compared to Nike, adidas is giving Michigan waaaaaay more of a priority than Nike ever did. Besides, I missed the part where Arky's unis had the extra little pieces of tradition like Michigan's with M Go Blue embroidered in the elastic waist hem and their Big 10 titles embroidered under the shoulder pads. I just get so sick of all the nit-picking that goes on over our switch to adidas. Exactly what is all of this nit-picking going to accomplish?

I just get so sick of all the nit-picking that goes on over our switch to adidas. Exactly what is all of this nit-picking going to accomplish? First I have been one of the people on here loving the change to adidas. I think the three stripes go nicely with the way our helmets are. Second, I was joking. I also knew we had the same jerseys ever since ncaa 07 or 08 came out because I like to play as other teams sometimes. Excuse me for posting some info about adidas doing the same as nike. But nike never said we were a top priority the way adidas did. (I think). And I'm sure they put that little "extra" to make their jerseys extraordinary and "unique". Just calm down it wasn't that serious...

Just because they use the same template doesn't mean they are the same. The striping is different, the collar is different, the logo placement is different, the numbers are different. As for the "top priority," UM is #1 with Adidas in terms of dollars, but they're not getting a higher level of customer service than Tennessee, UCLA, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, etc. That would be bad business.

I don't know about anyone else, but I really wouldn't mind watching UM wear these while beating Penn State/ Wisc/ MSU/ Ohio State? Somehow I think if we pull that off, not too many people will be complaining about how much they look like another schools uni's....

Big D you are right. I didn't look at them that closely. I just saw the inserts and stripes. But just like nike they are the same with variations. Go look at the jerseys you posted of other teams. Guess what? They aren't really the same are they? Miami has different numbers more colors and things. The "U" is on the collar and our nike isn't. Your contradicting yourself with what you said about nikes EXACT same jerseys... I'm not trying to be a downer guys. (and girls) It was a little haha joke. I know adidas is paying michigan the most money also. You don't have to remind me about t

Navy pants with the home jerseys would look MEAN. The maize pants are kind of a weak spot in the home uni.

I liked the comment about the helmets, touch our helmets oh good god people would start a witch hunt and they burn right outside the stadium! I think they look great, like I said in one of my previous posts. It's weird not seeing Nike there but I think adidas did a good job in making sure they brought tradition. I can't wait to watch them play this seaon (bounces around)
