Good lord. Ya, that should be a tech. Now, say his back was turned to the defender and he came around, then no, but he was being face guarded and he just brought his elbow up anyway. Didn't warrant an ejection, but definitely should've been a tech.

Especially with wins over UConn and possibly MSU on the resume.
