Let's hope that he is the next Braylon Edwards in terms of his positive qualities. We could do without some of the negative stuff that Braylon has done over the years. Maybe 10 years from now when he is playing in a nationally televised NFL game he will introduce himself as being from RR's University of Michigan. That would help make up for having to read all of these anti RR posts over the past two years.

He's as sharp as a tack. It is a matter of time. Thanks for the link.

"I put that on myself," Miller said. "I felt like I was a leader of my class. And what do leaders do? They recruit. They recruit troops. My fellow recruits are troops, and I wanted to have the best army, the best team we could possibly have." Leaders and Best. Go Blue!!
The division between the Rich Rod supporters and the Rich Rod bashers/Carr supporters is amazing and has turned this place upside down.

I love it when recruits come in knowing our traditions and wanting to take their place in them. This sub-frosh is slotting himself less importantly in the line of #1's -- where I hope he shows up -- than in the tradition of Mike Hart and Braylon Edwards and Jalen Rose and Charles Woodson, all of whom have shown something extra for Michigan. From me to Miller, go blue!

Good article. It is good to see positive stuff like that in the news. That kind of behavior is infectious :)

I certainly wish him the best, but I hope he wants to be better than Edwards. Man....he was so frustrating to watch because of all those "easy" balls he dropped . If Miller is able to get the jump balls that Edwards did and catch even like 40% of the easy ones Edwards dropped he could set the record so high that no one could ever touch it again. I hope there are a few more WRs that emerge though as well that will contribute more consistantly as well. Go Blue.

This is the kind of thing it's nice to see happening from the whole #1 thing Braylon started because he was made to earn it. It awesome to see a kid realize the history it had before BE and now be motivated to get it like how BE was. This kid has been great from the first time I heard about him as a jr. I'm really excited to see his career progress.

I hope he gets the #1 jersey and breaks all WR records UM has. I am getting VERY tired of Braylon.
It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine!!!!!!!

If he breaks Edwards' records, we are in for an excellent 4 years. Go Blue!!

It won't happen but I personally wouldn't have a problem with Ricardo running out with the #1 on in Sept. Of course my criteria for the #1 is probably different from people. If he puts in the work this spring and summer, which based on what I know about him he will, he will have done enough in my eyes. The #1 shouldn't be about on field production IMO but I understand not wanting to give it to a freshmen.

This kid is exactly what Michigan needs a leader. I don't give 2 shakes if he's a WR punter or whatever. Leader will lead. Here's to RichRod's first #1 WR. And the first in a while.
