You have to remember that Crisler is owned by the University and not the Athletic Department. Once the practice facility is finished Crisler will be used for many more events including more concerts as well graduation. Point #1 is in the eye of the beholder and I'd be surprised if #2 and #3 are even considered. I don't think you spent $30 million to keep fans out and make the experience less comfortable. Fulfilling #5 makes your points #2 and #3 superfluous.
